ECMS 2011 was organised in June 2011 in Liberec, in the north part of Czech Republic; this anniversary event has one big news – it is co-sponsored by the Technical Council on VLSI (TCVLSI) of the IEEE Computer Society (Conference ID: #17630). The IEEE co-sponsoring can finilize the transformation to the prominent event, to the conference with a long history and certified quality.
